Please complete the application form to be filled out for review of our next round of  scholarship awards.  Each application is reviewed on its own merits, and MCHF cannot automatically guarantee that a previous awardee will receive continuous grants.  Each grant cycle is a stand-alone application for our consideration, with the exception of Inspire+ grant recipients.  Only Inspire+ scholarship recipients have been awarded continuous guarantees of funding, and currently our three recipients will receive their next Inspire+ awards this summer.
